All applicable local, national, and international laws must be followed whilst on the Sidekick platform. Any activity or content that includes illegal activities is not permitted.

Gambling websites such as slots and poker are permitted on the platform within the relevant categories on the basis that the streamer is over the age applicable within your country. Any activity that can be or is seen as self-destructive behavior, i.e. addiction to said websites may be removed. Any acts or threats of violence on the Sidekick platform will be taken seriously and any accounts included in such activity. This includes, but is not limited to: Attempts or threats to physically harm or kill others Attempts or threats to hack, DDoS or SWAT others Use of weapons to physically threaten, intimidate, harm or kill others Content that depicts, glorifies, encourages or supports terrorism or violent extremist actions is not permitted on the Sidekick platform. Sidekick reserves the right to preemptively suspend accounts if there is a belief that an individual’s use of Sidekick poses a high likelihood of inciting violence.

Content that exclusively focuses on extreme or gratuitous gore and violence is prohibited.

Harassment and hateful conduct is not allowed on the Sidekick Platform. This refers to content or any activity that promotes or encourages discrimination, denigration, harassment, or violence based on the following protected characteristics: race, ethnicity, color, caste, national origin, immigration status, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, serious medical condition, and veteran status. Harassment, including stalking, personal attacks, promotion of physical harm, hostile raids, and false/mass reporting are not permitted on the Sidekick platform. Sexual harassment, including unwelcome sexual advances and solicitations, sexual objectification, or degrading attacks relating to a person’s perceived sexual practices are not permitted on the Sidekick platform. Sidekick has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and hateful conduct, meaning we will take action on every valid reported instance, with increasing severity if the behavior is targeted, personal, repeated/prolonged, incites further abuse, or involves threats of violence. Serious offenses may result in permanent suspension of accounts on the first offense.

Any content or activity that may endanger your life or lead to physical harm to yourself is not permitted on the Sidekick platform. This includes but is not limited to: suicide threats, intentional physical trauma, use of illicit drugs, regardless of whether they are legal or not, illegal or dangerous consumption of alcohol and dangerous or distracted driving. The usage of illicit drugs on stream is not permitted, this refers to any form of illicit drug, i.e. drugs that have a classification. Marijuana is permitted only on the basis that your country/state has legalised its usage. Smoking cigarettes and use of electronic vapers on stream is permitted Personal Information

Sharing content that may reveal private personal information about others is not permitted without their permission. This includes but is not limited to: Sharing personally identifiable information (such as a real name or location) Sharing restricted or protected social media profiles or any information from those profiles Sharing content that violates others' privacy, for example, streaming in a private home without asking for permission.

Any content or activity that is meant to impersonate an individual or organization is not permitted on the Sidekick platform. Any attempt to misrepresent yourself as a Sidekick employee, connected agency or team member will result in permanent suspension. This includes wearing official uniforms on stream unless specific permission is given.

Users are required to comply with the regulations as stated in the Sidekick Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and shall not damage the reputation of Sidekick. Whilst Sidekick promotes free speech, we do not condone any inappropriate content that covers some specific topics, this refers to, but is not limited to; Illicit drug-related content of any kind regardless of their legal status Politically charged content where the sole purpose is to push political views. Content that depicts wartime situations, i.e. live camera feeds.

Users may not post sexually explicit content that cannot be age-restricted, including in avatars, custom statuses or bios, server banners, server icons, invite splashes, emoji, and stickers. Nudity and sexually explicit content, such as pornography are not permitted. This includes any activities or content that promote any form of sexual violence or exploitation. Sexually suggestive content or activities is also not permitted. We expect all users to follow our clothing guidelines to prevent any form of sexually suggestive content. We abide by Discord’s guideline and report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and grooming to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, which may subsequently work with local law enforcement.

Any content that disrupts, interrupts, harms or otherwise violates the integrity of the Sidekick Services or another user’s experience or devices is not permitted. Such activity/content includes: Posting large amounts of repetitive or unwanted messages Posting unauthorized adverts Content that utilizes, encourages the use of or distributes cheating or hacking software. Phishing Spreading malware or viruses Tampering Cheating Sidekick reward systems

Only content that you own or that you have otherwise have the right to or are authorized to share should be shared on Sidekick. If you share content on the Sidekick platform that you do not own or otherwise have the right to share, then you may be infringing upon another person’s intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized content shared on Sidekick may be subject to a DMCA takedown by the rights holders to remove the content infringing upon their rights, and is a violation of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violation of these may lead to permanent suspension of your account. Examples of content that cannot be shared without permission unless otherwise permitted by law include: Other Sidekick users content Pirated games or content from unauthorized private servers Content from other services, such as YouTube Movies, TV shows or sports events - including audio from said content Music you do not own or do not have the right to share.

Sidekick offers users the ability to tag and label their content. We expect you to do this accurately to the best of your ability. Deliberate or misuse of labels or category tags are not permitted.

Usernames, nicknames and profile pictures used on the platform must abide by these community guidelines at all times. A blacklist is in operation to prevent usernames and nicknames from including various words and phrases which infringe upon these guidelines. Attempts to bypass this blacklist may result in your account being forcefully renamed and or suspended. Use of usernames and or nicknames to harass others is not permitted and will result in accounts being suspended. Profile pictures used on the platform must stay within these guidelines, this includes our clothing guidelines. If we find that your profile picture does not meet our community standards then we may reset your profile picture and or suspend your account.

Suspension Evasion: All account suspensions are final until either they expire or are removed after a successful appeal. Any attempts to evade a suspension by creating or using other accounts will result in additional actions being taken against your account/s, up to and including permanent suspension.
